clicking in beta

if somebody who does not have an ec account, visits new.eggcave.com/click/1337 or some other number, would the click still register for that egg?

I don't think so, no. If you log out and try to go to any page on the beta, it appears as: The page you have requested cannot be found. Perhaps you were directed here in error. Click here to return home.

So if you want to advertise creatures, it's best to use the main site (remove new. from the url).
