I have multiple chairs and tables to my left. I could potentially break off the leg pieces and try to pierce the zombie's brain with them. 50/50 chance of survival?

I have a TV to my left. I'd bash him on the head and ran away. I could potentially jump through the window that's behind the TV but I'm on 1st floor, so I'd break my legs and die.

I got a heater.... It sounds usefull. I can use it to beat him or to set him on fire (not that a zombie on fire could be less dangerous XD)

I've got a small table with mostly junk on it...
I could bend those cookie tin lids to fit over my fists and punch the zombie, they couldn't bite through the metal. I could also break the table and use a bit to wack them... OR just wack them with the table!
It's just one, right? Yeah, I can survive ONE attack but it depends on what type of zombie it is too.
