Roleplay BoardBasics (Full plot will be in RP board)@shale and I are starting a dragon riders roleplay. This roleplay is going to take place in modern times. Your character will receive an item that allows them to teleport to the modern world, and the dragon world. Each dragon has a type of magic. For example, my dragon's going to have an electrical focus. Dragons and riders can communicate via thought speak. Dragons can project their thoughts to any human they desire, although humans can only thought speak to their own dragon. Riders will share in their dragon's magic, but cannot do magic on their own. While dragon's can do basic magic on their own, they are most powerful with their rider. 4 days in the dragon world is equivalent to 1 week in the human world. Rules 1. This is a literate roleplay. So, please do your best to use proper grammar. 2. Minimum responses of 12 sentences. We want it to be easy to reply to each other!3. Minimum two characters to start. One dragon and one rider. Your dragon and rider do not have to be for each other, but if not, you'll need to find another user to partner with. 4. No Mary Sues or Godmodding. 5. Follow all Egg Cave rules! This means no foul language or romance roleplaying. 6. Character profiles must be linkable. Please put them on one of your critters so we can keep them all together in one post! 7. While we don't mind if a couple users have dragons with the same type of magic, please try and put a unique spin on yours. Interested? Please pm @shale with a sample of your writing and a general idea about your characters. We don't expect you to have your characters together, but we'd like to know some basics. This board is for discussing the roleplay or any questions you may have. Please feel free to post if you have interest.
