Question with side account?

So I decided to transfer some of my creatures to my side, but the side has been abandoned for so long that all the creatures died. How can I transfer my creatures if I don't have any creatures to offer from my side without breaking the rules? I might be missing something obvious but I couldn't find the answer. Sorry if it has been answered before! ☹️

If you need a creature to start trading with you can pick one up from the Adoption Center. Simply drop one or two common eggs in the AC from your main and then pick them up with your side.
