@flowerlynx Okay.

An egg was sitting under a bush. Not just any bush, but a full bush of berries and leaves that smelled of ripened fruit. The egg was white, speckled with brown, and was large, almost like an eagle's. It sat under the bush that smelled of fruit.

Suddenly, a crack split the air. The egg began to fall apart, and a baby owl fell out. But it wasn't a regular owl. It was built like a cat, with a cat's tail. It was a barn owl, it's tail was long and fluffy, its feathers as well. The little hatchling chirped, but no one came. It's golden brown eyes opened wide, and its speckled fluff ruffled in the slight breeze that wound its way under the bush. The hatchling chirped and chirped, hunger spiking its belly, but still no one came.

Tyto glided along the breeze, wind ruffling her feathers. She had just finished her lunch of 2 deer and a few squirrels. Tyto was huge, unlike the little hatchling she once was. Her wingspan went from cloud to cloud and her legs and talons were covered in white fur. Her feathers were white, as was her tail, and her face was that of a Barn Owl's. Her talons were a deadly sharp, and she was proud of that. Her eyes were a golden brown, and her beak a razor sharp gold. She sang to the sky a happy tune. It was spring. Tyto loved Spring and all of her wonderful beauty. Spring was splendidly kind, and nature flourished.

@leafstarofskyclan (if we both subscribe, it'll be easier. If you want, anyhow. 😸)

Lif crept along through the scratchy, dense undergrowth. She stifled a yelp as a thorn got caught in her fur- she needed to catch this rabbit. She gently pulled out the thorn, and kept moving. The rabbit had no idea that she was there, Lif had made sure of it. As she crept closer, the rabbit perked its ears up; it must have heard her movement. Losing the stealth that she had previously, she sprinted full-force at the rabbit and snatched it in her jaws. It had no time to flee. Lif casually went back towards her den to enjoy the meal that this rabbit had given her. As she set it down on the loose dirt flooring, she heard a twig snap. She froze. What was that? She thought.
