Calling Neopets Users!

I found a 10 dollar un-used Neopet card, who ever is the first person to claim it, keeps it. Now, I'm not 100% positive it's going to work, but I found it in the target cart, and when I went through the ringer thingy, it didn't ring so maybe it was already paid for, and it fell out of someones bag...? I don't know, but first post wins! 😸
