Well, in summer averange temperature is usually 20 to 25C(68-77F). In winter it's -5 to 0C(23-32F). It's not that cold for me :]. Of course

Well, to be in the RUEP, all you have to do is simply raise eggs and give them to people who don't even have a hatched egg. Pretty simple.
