There are many nipha's in the trade center, also UFT for 1 egg. Just offer on the nipha with the highest level! 😉

When you're on the Ark City page, press the 'tab' button several times (23 or 27x?) and then press 'enter'. That could help...

I think this is better: 2 mm from the top and 4 mm from the right border. There seems to be another way, with using the 'tab' button...

#4 is just about 1 cm from the border of the right top corner in the Arc city picture. Maybe random clicking there helps??

You don't actually have to buy it, just click it, and don't pay 😊
For #7 you have to look at the bottom of the pages, next to 'terms of service' link, but it appears random, not on all pages. Refresh helps.

#4 is tricky: it is kinda invisible: in the trees @ Ark city page, right to trade ctr, move your mouse in the trees, you find it: click

#12: go to the travel center @Ark city, click on a travel at the bottom and on the next page there you'll find the egg just above the price.
