well, i don't live in China but I've been there alot. China is VERY cool! There are stores and ancient buildings EVERYWHERE!!!

You take a maximum of 5 creatures and try to trade them out. A trade lot places the trade in the Trade Center and advertises your eggs.

That means that someone wants to trade with you, and has offered you a creature in exchange for the ones in your lot.
