Hey there, lurker! My name is Bess (as in short for Elizabeth) and I joined this site to give me something extra to do in my free time away from academics. I love to read, thus my username is actually a reference to a book series (The Monstrumologist) that I am more than a little obsessed with. I also love making friends and chatting with people. Though most of my friends are ones I've made on the internet. I only have two in real life, and even then I swear like 5 of them hate me...
Some people say I'm cool, but that's only online.
You're still allowed to think that, though ^.^
But don't let the way I talk about myself scare you off, I try my best to be nice to everyone. I kind of crave human attention...

-2D animated Disney movies
-Animals
-And the Teen Titans animated series (the older one; though Teen Titans Go! is okay. I guess)
