Chinorn eggs imitate the kernels of glass corn, they are often found nestled between the leaves of said corn plants. It is said that no Chinorn egg looks the same!
Chinorns come in a variety of marvelous colors. The kernels on their back generally match the colors of the glass corn growing around them for camouflage purposes. They can be found in the corn fields of Arkian farmers, but are a rare sight. Young Chinorns have quite a temper on them, having been left to be nearly fully independent by their parents, they avoid all other creatures if possible and aren't afraid to bite.
It is highly recommended not to interact with a Chinorn until they have reached full maturity, which can be told by the color of the comically large tufts of fur on their heads. When the fur is yellow, that Chinorn is a friendly fellow! The Chinorn mellows with age, and can become a fantastic pet if given enough time and patience.
This colorful rodent goes through many awkward stages of growth. Kernels grow on their ears, head tufts, and back, it takes years for the kernels to grow in completely. The Chinorn also starts off with very large ears, but grows into them.
