The outer shell of Squinton eggs are very soft and can be easily broken. It's best to put them in a soft bed of leaves for proper support. Squinton eggs only hatch during autumn and, to this day, the Science and Research Center has been unable to determine why.
Squintons lurk in the treetops of the southern forests of Ark. They are quite active creatures and frequently enjoy hopping from tree to tree simply for leisure. They rarely come down from the trees, so as not to be chased by a predator. In the safety and security of the trees, Squintons have no natural predators.
Squintons have lively and vibrant personalities and can engage in strenuous activity for hours. They are the greatest scavengers and hoard items they collect in the trees (and on the ground) for long periods of time. Generally, they just forget about all of the items they have and move on to collecting new ones. In Ark, rather than being referred to as a "pack rat," you might be referred to as a Squinton.
