About Ulme Eggs

Fire can bring a welcome change to forests that are too overgrown. When the trees grow too close together, and no other plant can get enough sunlight, an egg rockets from the sun to crash to the earth. The egg is a hot coal, simmering with the capacity only to burn what is necessary, what tends to become a bit too old. To make way for new growth. If none are needed in the forest, then these eggs bubble up in volcanoes. Only the well-protected are able to grab a few of these eggs from Ark's turbid volcano.

About the Ulme Creature

Some Arkians may become frightened and horrified at the sight of this burning deer. While insanely alien creatures are born and collected every day on Ark, there's something shocking about a doe or a buck smoldering in flames too bright to look at. These deer are unusually brave, never bounding away from danger that is perceived or real.

Take care not to douse this deer in water, as their flames are susceptible to prolonged damp conditions. It can survive in colder weather, but only if it carries an extra source of heat with it. Even as a fawn, this creature looks to build up its fire by consuming anything spicy or hot. Experienced creature tamers will have a constant supply of ghost peppers on hand to keep their deer's fire from going out. Rich creature tamers take their deer to Tim's Food Shoppe.
