No. If you're in beta you can;t get the snolo at all. But it's ok cause you can switch back to original whenever.

I think that Ian only gives credit when a creature is DRAWN for him, rather than suggestions.

Not true zac, ALL the creatures are drawn for him, I don't think he ever uses user-submitted artwork.
