need to be fed to stay alive. Most of my creatures are adults or close to being there so, it would help greatly x3

It'd be a bad idea to have creatures not die. It keeps populations down, makes them more rare and it makes you keep coming back. 😃

I think the main reason would be due to a decrease in incentives for users to visit Egg Cave daily. There would be a drop in traffic.

Well, there are other adoption sites that don't require you to feed creatures in order for them to stay alive but those sites-

Egg Cave is neither as large as those sites nor is does it have as many features. 😉 I think that traffic is vital as EC develops.
