Berrick is a scientist forever contemplating the North Star and it's mysteries. Recently, he and his mate Melvonia have set off on a journey to find the edge of the Earth, and speak to Polaris. Some say Berrick is mad, but he has his reasons! It is rumored the only creature he has ever told his intriguing story to is Melvonia, and that's why she accompanied him on the journey, but some argue that it was all because of her everlasting love!

About the Gideh Creature

Multiple human interaction tests have been done with Gideh and what's remarkable is that, although Gideh can only "hoot", they can apparently understand human speech. For example, if you said, "Go to Ark City" from the Egg Cave, Gideh know exactly which way to travel. Similarly, if you tell Gideh to complete certain tasks in the future, they will always perform them at the exact, specified time. Thus, Gideh are regarded as the most wise owl species on Ark.
