🍃 The Nest Takes Pride in Having Active Members 🍃

If you'd like to apply to be a Nestling, please be sure you will be either Active or Semi-Active in the guild. If you're already a Nestling and one or more of the Inactive criteria applies to you, please reconsider your membership in our guild. Participation and activity is monitored in the guild.

🍃Active: Reads guild announcements, participates in contests, participates in activities, interacts with fellow Nestlings (via Guild Forum, Chirproom, and/or Discord), votes in polls, represents the guild via badges.
🍃Semi-Active: Reads guild announcements, participates in activities, votes in polls, represents the guild via badges.
🍂Inactive: Doesn't always or never reads guild announcements, doesn't participate in either contests or activities, doesn't post in the Guild Forum, doesn't vote in polls, doesn't use badges.

🟣Inactive Member Pruning🟣

Inactive members will eventually be pruned. Inactive members are decided upon due to guild participation and activity being monitored. Members will be sent a message instructing them to leave the guild to allow room for new members. Our goal is to have a small community of active players. If you are going on holiday, vacation, break, or a hiatus, but know you're coming back on Egg Cave and would like to avoid being pruned, please let @nest know the timeframe of when you will be gone.

🪹Acceptance Rate🪹

NOTICE: Since our launch in March 2023, we have welcomed and accepted every member who applies to the guild. Beginning May 2023, we are no longer accepting every member. If you do not read or follow the instructions on how to join, you will not be admitted to the guild. When copying the application form, if you do not copy and include the header + ping, you will not be accepted. If you do not send @nest a friend request after you submit your application, you will not be accepted. Not only are these instructions simple, but they are also stated multiple times in and around the application. If you fail to follow these reiterated instructions, that demonstrates that you will continue this behavior when in the guild. We are looking for members who can follow simple instructions, requests, and rules, and are willing to read what the guild and its members have to say. Thank you for understanding.

The Elge is a majestic eagle creature that has incredibly accurate eyesight. They can spot the smallest of anomalies on the ground from extreme heights. Elge are regarded as "guardians" of Ark since it is superstitiously believed that Elge are "seers of all things."
