Name Origin:
The Karkadann is a mythical creature said to have lived on the grassy plains of India and Persia. Like the unicorn, it can be subdued by virgins and acts ferociously toward other animals. Originally based on the Indian Rhinoceros and first described in the 10th/11th century, it evolved in the works of later writers to a mythical animal "with a shadowy rhinocerine ancestor" endowed with strange qualities, such as a horn endowed with medicinal qualities.

About Trinoceros Eggs

This egg was only available in Egg Cave's Cash Shop Park for March 2015.

An unmistakable pattern of clovers adorn the triple-horned Trinoceros egg. There have been reported sightings of these eggs sometimes displaying a four-leaf clover pattern, but physical evidence of such an egg has yet to surface.

About the Trinoceros Creature

Naturally, the Trinoceros is related to the Keras as both are within the same family classification, although they are rather different in terms of appearance, behavior, and habitat. While the ornery Keras species thrives in the Northern Plains, Trinoceroses are content with roaming throughout Ark's lush, green grasslands.

Trinoceroses are noted for having very lax personalities, preferring to stay out of conflict unless absolutely necessary. This reluctance to actually fight off attackers is why Trinoceroses developed a method of coating their bodies with grass and clovers as a means of camouflage.
