You touch Pixani's tail. Yor eyes force themselves shut. Shortly afterwards, sleep consumes you. You awake in an empty room. Standing up to investigate, you notice several skeletons hanging in the corner. Terrified, you feel around the room desperately hoping for any sign of an escape. A door covered in dust comes into view behind you. You know it wasn't there before, but you walk towards it. You open the door reluctantly, but with hope-filled haste. The open door reveals nothing but a large mirror. You look at yourself in the mirror only to observe a gentle stream of blood trickling from your eyes. You bring your hands to face, hoping that what you saw was an illusion. You bring your hands back down only to notice it soaked in blood. You look back up at the reflection, only to notice someone else staring back at you. They stand limp in an empty, black void. The messy black hair that falls over their face isn't able to conceal the constant stream of tears flowing from their eyes. The disheveled clothes they wear do not conceal the bloody scars that adorn their chest. Suddenly, they look intensely at you. A chill runs down your spine. You cannot control your shaking. Your breathing intensifies as you start to lose consciousness. A sharp pain suddenly shoots through your leg. Falling on your knees, you glance at the figure hoping for them to offer you some sort of salvation. An eternity seems to pass before the figure's expression changes. The calm look they once gave you fades away, replaced by a look of pure terror. Then, you hear nothing but screams. Yelling. They start moving around frantically, yelling even louder now. You listen closer. You feel the figure is trying to tell you something. The figure slowly walks from the dark void closer towards you before stopping abruptly. You notice the reason you weren't able to understand the figure. Your jaw drops as you observe the figure's lips meticulously sown together. Fear grips you. You start screaming. You lose control and thrash around the room. None of this makes any sense. You look back towards the door, still yelling. Not even the door remains. You run around the tiny room. Completely empty. The skeletons that once decorated the north wall are nowhere to be seen. The room appears to be smaller than you remember it to be. You fall. Nothing matters anymore. Fear has become your entire universe. A terrifying albeit gentle voice play in your mind. Slowly, you close your eyes to escape into the darkness of your thoughts. A bright and warm light can be felt. You open your eyes suddenly. An escape? You look towards the direction of the light. Three doors sit before you. The numbers "1", "2", and "3" are inscribed in great detail upon each door, respectively. There is nothing around you anymore. That same dark void. A cesspool of utter emptiness. You hope that a door will offer you a way out of this nightmare, but you know each could lead to a different perspective of terror. You look carefully at each door. Upon further inspection, you can make out small symbols on the doorknob. The door with the "1" has several small hearts painted on it's doorknob. The hearts are very sloppy, implying little effort was made. The door with the "2" has nothing but an arrow pointing back to itself on it's doorknob. The door with the the "3" has nothing on it's doorknob. Perhaps nothing was ever intended to go here. You break out into a nervous sweat. Your could be one decision away from freedom. You reach out your hand. Which doorknob do you touch?

About the Chamillion Creature

The Chamillion is quite a far cry from giving the Dragold a run for its money in terms of treasure hoarding, but this species is undoubtedly a runner-up. Documentation of all currently known treasure hoards have been carried out by the Science and Research Center and the highest-valued pile was last tallied at a staggering worth of 1,814,321 EC.
