All EC, items, travels or creatures (or a mixture)- please do not ask about CC or Freezes. Or CC creatures. or CC travels. If I happen to have CC (which is unlikely) I'll offer it to you- please don't ask for it.
And yeah, I know that it's annoying that I (most of the time) can't give you CC for a CSP, and it's perfectly understandable if you don't want to give it away for just EC or creatures. Just putting that out there.
