You don't know what happened at all. One moment you were walking in the sooty streets of the City and now you're here. Wherever this place is. There are no plants, no distinguishing line between the sky and the ground, no living thing. Only colors. When you first found yourself here, it was dark. Gray, almost. Then the shades swirled slowly into a lighter gray and then it shifted to an immense bright burst of gold and pink. It would have been beautiful if you hadn't seen the horrifying creature.

About the Rosse Creature

Rosse (pronounced roh-SAY) are the most advanced species of plant on Ark. Somehow Rosse roses (a species of rose that is unique to southern Ark) have evolved into a type of very complex creature that functions much like an animal but yet is entirely composed of plant cells. Rosses, for this reason, do not need to be fed, for they convert energy from the sun to chemical energy via photosynthesis. So, don't be surprised if your Rosse is low-energy after many consecutive, cloudy days.
