Isikwati, or just Wati for short, was found as an egg in the garden one curiously warm October afternoon. Instead of exterminating the egg as some would have done, Saramar took in the egg and Wati has lived at the mansion ever since. Strangely, no other Octin eggs have ever been found in the garden, maybe its just a coincidence or perhaps a gift for being so kind to one who could not defend themselves.
Wati is the best friend of Sweet_Wood despite their nearly opposite personalities. Where Sweet_Wood can be demanding, Wati is always understanding and really quite a gentle creature. She is also probably the closest member of the family to Shrew_Flower due to her subdued nature.
Due to being taken in by Saramar, she often sees the Kangchroma as a mother figure and goes to her with any problems she may be having. Like, perhaps, a serious crush on a cute young prince who has come to live at the mansion . . .
She enjoys helping Megalithic in the kitchen and Shrew_Flower and Saramar in the gardens.
15 years old.

About Ocktin Eggs

Ocktin eggs grow abundantly in the low grasslands during the month of October. They grow so quickly that some farmers regard Ocktin eggs as an invasive species. Some farmers exterminate patches of Ocktin eggs completely, so that they don't take over their land.

This practice has not been formally condoned or condemned by the government in Ark City.

About the Ocktin Creature

As Ocktins grow, their temperament matures and becomes happier. Newly-hatched Ocktins are actually quite sad and unsure of themselves. Mid-life Ocktins mature from being sad to being naive, gullible, and easily spooked. Newly-hatched and mid-life Ocktins are frequently placed in haunted houses because of their compatible demeanor.

Fully-matured Ocktins are very cheery and love to participate in annual Halloween Fair activities.

The average lifespan of an Ocktin is one and a quarter years.
