Rue the Pyraguin

The female tribute from District 11. She formed an alliance with Katniss. She is 12 years old, with dark brown hair and golden brown eyes. Besides this, she was similar in appearance and size to Katniss's sister Prim, which played a major role in Katniss deciding to team up with her. While she and Katniss were trying to destroy the Careers' food, she was speared by Marvel. Katniss sang to her before she died, and covered her with flowers.
