Questions for Christmas raffle.

Q: Can I join?

A: Yes, as long as you meet the requirements.

Q: Why do I have to be 6 months and older to join?

A: Because it prevents people from making new accounts to enter more than once. Another reason is players are more likely to stick around if they are 6 months or older. Players also have an idea of the worth of creatures and how the game works.

Q: What happens if someone does enter more than once?

A: If I catch someone who has entered more than once from a side account they will be blocked on all accounts and reported for theft. They will never be allowed to join any of my raffles or games, if I catch them with another account trying to join they will be blocked and reported for contacting me.

Even if they apologize I wouldn't care, they stole from me, the name auction and everyone else who entered the raffle. They wouldn't like if they had something stolen from them. Even if they are young they should have a clear understanding between right and wrong.

Q: What are the prizes?

A: Guess you'll have to ask the people who win in the prizes.

Q: How are the winners determined?

A: Through generator. If there are 20 prizes then 23 players will be chosen as winners, the three extra people will be backups if a user forgets to claim their prize. If the three players fail to claim the prize then it will be put in the raffle for next year.

Q: How long do backup players have to claim the prize?

A: They will have until the last day of February to claim their prize.

A: Send me a message if you need an extension on claiming your prize.

A: Send a ticket if you believe someone has entered more than once, maybe eggcave can confirm if they are different people or not.

Q: Do you have anyone blocked?

A: The only way I will block someone is if they cheat in any of my events or cause a huge disturbance on eggcave to the point where I deem them undeserving.

Q: Will there be any updates like the last one?

A: No, there will be no random updates aside from increases of the limit.

Q: What happened to the webkinz code raffle?

A: I don't have any webkinz anymore, I just had the unused webkinz I found in my closet.
Will never do those again, unless I see a dragon or fox webkinz being sold in the dollar store.

Q: I changed my username.

A: Please notify me if you change your username. If you don't then you will be removed from the raffle in assumption that you had deleted your account. If I overlook the username and you a drawn as a winner then it will have to be confirmed by eggcave that you are indeed the person under the old username. If it cannot be determined then you are out of luck, the backup person will be given the prize. And DO NOT beg them for it or make them feel guilty.

Q: I quit and decided to come back, can I be placed back into the raffle?

A: Not unless there are spots left.

Q: My main account isn't 6 months or older but my side account is, can I enter?

A: Yes, but you will have to claim the prize under your side account that is 6 months or older. Otherwise you're out of luck.

A: No, you HAVE to claim it on an account 6 months or older, I don't care if you even have proof that it is your account, if you cannot sign onto it then there isn't anything I can do.

A: As I mentioned in the rules message me, if I have not added you in 3 days or more. I may have overlooked it and it is up to you to notify me until I add you before spots are filled.

Q: Can you please just add me, I know what creatures are worth and how to play? (person under 6 months)

A: No, I will abide by my rules just as the players do. None of the prizes are mine and are sole property of the Christmas Raffle and Name Auctions. It is not my place to bend rules.

Q: I forgot to claim my prize on the deadline my family/friend/I was very ill/died, I lost internet/I was kidnapped by ninjas!/ I was etc can you please send me one? ):

A: No, I apologize but once you pass the deadline of claiming your prize it goes to the backup person unless you had asked for an extension. I will not tell you who it is. The prizes that go towards the raffle are not my property. I would be stealing if I were to give out an extra prize.

Q: How do extensions work?

A: Message me through mail. Do not ping me on the topic otherwise I will overlook it. Once messaged I will increase your deadline to the end of February.

Q: When are the Christmas Raffles held?

A: Each year near the end of October to the beginning of November. It is unknown how long I will be doing the raffles for.

Q: Why are you holding this raffle?

A: To give to the eggcave community and help those possibly start building up their cove. Plus don't really have much interest in collecting anything, don't have a set goal or wishlist as of now so figured doing stuff like this will be fun.

Q: Can I donate for the Christmas Raffle?

A: Sure, you can do that by bidding in the name auctions or by trading with me. I will not accept a transfer, you will have to trade with me. The reason why is so I will not feel inclined to return anything to you. Once you donate to the Christmas Raffle it becomes its property. So I will not be allowed to return it to you since it isn't mine.

Q: Who has say over how the Christmas Raffle is run?

A: I do, but I still have to follow the rules of it.

Q: Who can I message about receiving the item I donated back?

A: There is nobody you can message once donated there isn't anything that can be done. If you were having doubts you should have never donated it in the first place.

Q: How will donated cc/items be used?

A: CC will be used to purchase cc travels or creatures. The creatures will most likely be sold for double the value and used to purchase more cc creatures who will be sold for double the value as well to purchase more prizes.
