Liquescence the Baistay

I'm lounging on the pale sands of ark beach, staring aimlessly at the lapping waves and drawing random patterns in the sand with the tip of my finger. I see a green object bobbing a few yards from the shore. "Polluters," I mutter to myself, as I rise and wade a few feet in to retrieve the trash. Just as I'm about to reach it however, it moves in a manner I find odd for an inanimate object. I reach for it, and it wriggles under my palm then suddenly surfaces, grinning and dripping wet.
