Name Origin:
In Pokémon, Cacnea is a grass type know as the "cactus" Pokémon. It's name comes from the word cactus (a desert plant) and the suffix -ea (color of).

"Cacnea lives in arid locations such as deserts. It releases a strong aroma from its flower to attract prey. When prey comes near, this Pokémon shoots sharp thorns from its body to bring the victim down"

About Kacki Eggs

This egg was only given out for the Creature Release Week in May 2010.

About the Kacki Creature

Kacki flourish in the Northern Plains. Touching their spines seems to have a unique effect on humans. Some die, while others are healed completely. Although the effects are interesting and want to be understood, the Town Hall has deemed all research experiences with Kacki and humans unethical and illegal.
