Seraphol the Beatrix

Seraphol was thought by many to be a sweet lady that gifts children with free sweets and candies... until it was revealed that the "lady" was actually a disguise for a vicious villain that kidnaps children to be sold off to indentured servitude. He has many bounties placed on his head, but thus far he has eluded his pursuers.
