About the Kuninkal Creature

The Kuninkal is a praying mantis creature with beautiful peacock-like feathers. Much smaller than a peacock, Kuninkals live in the larger trees of the Forest. As they mature, they grow razor-sharp pointed talons that can saw through several inches of tree bark within minutes.

For this reason, Kuninkals are regarded as slightly invasive, as a swarm of them can bring down an entire old-growth tree.

They are most active in cutting down trees in the month of March, around St. Patrick's Day. When random trees fall throughout this month, you might hear your fellow Arkians shout "Kuuun-kaaallll" instead of "Timmm-berrr!"
