Astina is a character from my story the Rift. She is one of the Guardians, and as such her spirit is of the stars and she takes the form of a white cat with liquid blue eyes. Along with her brothers Cyrus and Artemus, she is a triplet. Sadly, she was killed by the Rift when it deemed her necessary to die. The biggest mystery for her only surviving brother, Artemus, is how the Rift has never before been able to kill a Guardian.

About the Taigrin Creature

Taigrin, although one may be easily fooled, are aquatic creatures that resemble a cross between a wolf and a seal. The center of the mind is located in the red stone on the forehead. Both the subconscience and conscience operate there. If a Taigrin's red stone is cracked or damaged or bumped significantly, they typically demonstrate behaviors similar to animals infected with rabies. Currently, there is no operation to repair Taigrin red stones.
