Luckuar are so infrequently seen in the jungles of Ark that they are considered to be good luck whenever seen. However, a majority of time when a person claims to see a Luckuar, there are no other witnesses. And among the witnesses, none have been able to confirm the original statement. This means that Luckuar must only reveal themselves to those whom they select or can mysterious disappear and move quickly at will.
