Yisra was an apprentice mage at The College of Winterhold. She died
attempting to improve the efficiency of the Flame Cloak spell in Skyrim's
cold environment. Her burned body is located on a patch of scorched
earth on the shore east of Dawnstar and south of Yngvild. A spell tome
of Flame Cloak can be found nearby. She carries Yisra's Necklace.

About the Ghosty Creature

Every year, Egg Cave is visited by at least one ghost. The ghost only visits Egg Cave in October. From year to year, the ghost changes and communicates a different message to everybody. Some are more friendly than others, while there are those that are flat out spooky.

The Ghost of Year 1 and Year 2 spoke these words: "Useeee theee IDs iiiin the alphabetttt."
