Prone was bred out of a long line of future reading Gideh. The fact that he's the 7th egg from the 7th son of one of the greatest Seers means that not only will he be blessed with the gift of foresight, but it'll be far more potent. Now that he's hatched, he has the odd ability to predict the weather, and light on Raven's shoulder if he feels ill-will in the air.

About the Gideh Creature

Multiple human interaction tests have been done with Gideh and what's remarkable is that, although Gideh can only "hoot", they can apparently understand human speech. For example, if you said, "Go to Ark City" from the Egg Cave, Gideh know exactly which way to travel. Similarly, if you tell Gideh to complete certain tasks in the future, they will always perform them at the exact, specified time. Thus, Gideh are regarded as the most wise owl species on Ark.
