Spirit of the fire guide me,
Is my heart ablaze like yours?
Spirit of the fire, tell me,
Blazing on the distant moors.
Is that you I see proceeding,
Leaving in your wake a fire?
Could you live without a needing,
For water, do you aspire?
As you go I hear a melody,
Echoing round the ancient wood,
Only blazing, burning legacy,
And a song, misunderstood.
