Name Origin:
Dynastes is a genus of large beetles belonging to the family Scarabaeidae. They are found in the United States to Brazil. Males of Dynastes bear two long horns, one on the head, and the other on the pronotum, forming a "plier"; the pronotal horn has reddish setae on its underside. This pronotal horn is absent in females.

Gode are known for being a very invasive type of bug. In the spring time, Gode raid corn fields and other vegetation all around Ark. What's worse is that Gode don't eat the crops; they merely destroy them. Farmers have to be sure to invest in Gode-B-Gone Dust each year in order to protect their crops. Gode also leave behind a very weird smell upon passing by.
