Felix Felicis is a potion that is "Liquid Luck". Felix Felicis makes the drinker lucky for a period of time, depending on how much is taken, during which time everything they attempt will be successful. It must be used sparingly, however, because if taken in excess it causes giddiness, recklessness, and dangerous overconfidence.

Felix Felicis the Macaw definitely lives up to his name. He is a happy, yet arrogant, fellow and good luck does tend to follow him wherever he goes.

The Macaw is a unique creature; the first-stage Macaw is very gullible, almost to the point of being dumb. Don't let first-stage Macaw out of your sight! During the first-stage, their brains are very underdeveloped. As their brains continue to develop, certain genes for skin designs and patterns turn on, metamorphosing into a rather beautiful creature. Nonetheless, even a fully matured Macaw still occasionally crashes into large, visible trees.
