There are many thin spines coming from one side of the egg... they are very sharp.
An injured Dropalla was taken to the Science and Research Center for help but it was discovered to be a Koobor instead. Despite looking more fearsome than the Dropalla, the Koobor is relatively harmless most of the time. It moves too slowly to pose a threat to most species and is a scavenger so it does not go out of its way to injure creatures.
If one manages to injure you, you must head to the nearest hospital for some antibiotics otherwise an infection can be fatal.
