Mortiviper eggs are sealed by a magical cross and cannot hatch until the aura surrounding the cross is deemed holy and pure enough.
While holy energy is required to hatch a Mortiviper, once it emerges from its egg, it becomes an agent of death. Do not be fooled by its somewhat cute face or the three-leaf clover at the end of its tail—a microscopic dose of its poison is enough to bring down most living creatures weighing up to 1,000 kilograms.
Mortivipers are extremely rare and can only be found in certain parts of the jungle. They are not aggressive unless provoked and prefer to remain unseen. Silent and elusive, they make no sound.
