There is a faint trace of magic infused in Evigar eggs. This magic allows the eggs to float softly if dropped. This magic is beneficial as Evigar nests are found high up in the treetops.
Centuries ago Evigar could only be found in Fairyworld. A disaster, most likely a wildfire, swept through their habitat forcing many to migrate through fairyrings to Ark for safety. The population of Evigar in Fairyworld is almost non-existent. However, the Evigar that escaped to Ark have adapted fully to the forests and there is now a thriving population of them living here.
Evigar have some small magics that allow them to glide for longer and with more dexterity than usual and they can create small lights that they use to attract insect prey. These lights can be seen sparkling in the treetops by anyone out at night.
