This egg is very, very heavy and initially looks like it's made out of gold, flanked by other precious gems and crystals.
The Ashheart is a creature that almost looks like it could fly with its wing-like ears and bushy, flowing tail, but the growing creature is simply too heavy to make flight. They're heavy like a rock.
So, to satisfy their biological feeling of wanting to fly, they behave more like mountain goats on the highest cliffs of The Volcano. Their impeccable eyesight allows them to see predators from afar and continue to maneuver into safe places they can't be reached, although many say the height itself is the danger for the Ashheart.
They use their obsidian tails to drill small tunnels into the side of The Volcano and create burrows. Occasionally, they hit a lava tube and hot gas and rock sprays out. But because they're so agile, Ashhearts often survive this type of accident.
