Yep, talking about rollover being at 7 pm, especially with those high cooldown times for the cave. The 1st one was 25 minutes; it might actually be 26, with the hidden seconds.

That 7 pm rollover time does help; I would have been in serious trouble had it still been at 6 pm, as we did a late dinner pickup right at 6 pm. I had done them early only because of the 15 cave thing; those 5 cooldowns are ridiculous.
