It's so strange, usually I get over a panic attack (the worst of it at least) in ~20 minutes and then just let it calm down the rest of the way in a couple hours. This time it peaks, recedes and then comes back. Repeatedly! I hate them, but I think I need a Xanax. And a nap 😉
