Weekly contests would be fun... Like drawing contests, mystery pic, etc. Perhaps users can have a "Trophy Cave". A page for trophies.

Also, Ian's time is the same as mine. Just because you don't go to bed until later doesn't mean that Ian doesn't log off around this time.
