Hm, the wings looks like its from a bat or gargoyle, the swirly things I think are eyes, I see candy corn at the top and the side stripes...

Also, I think the Gobl part of the name is from Goblin. Perhaps it'll vaguely resemble the Pokemon Sableye? Yeah, just random speculation...
