Unless in the Breeding Center you can't breed LE's. I know GPX+ does that...

It could be something like, you can only breed once a month ... or ... you need some sort of potion, etc.

Hm, a potion shop? I remember that Venus and Mars stones were supposed to be for EC and were to be sold in the Magic Shop in Ark City...
