If you don't want to reveal your sides, you don't have to.
If you do want to list your side accounts, just put them in your profile text.

The purpose of this is to help verify your identity if your account AND email is stolen and you can't regain access.
If you have your accounts labeled, we can verify your identity and very quickly restore access to your account in the event that you lose it
