In a ticket I sent him, he said he'd be hiring some Mods soon, But I think he should Hire some user-admins as well. To help out with events-

A large event, or if something were to happen and tickets weren't being answered. I think it would help keep the site running smoother.

Nooo, I think that moderating is definitely a volunteer service you do for a site. As for a user-admin..I don't know.

He could always pay user-admins in CaveCash, or say, if they are really nice, they could choose to work for free.

I was a mod on a different site, that I've now quit, and it was a volunteer service, as for a user-admin, Idk how they go about that.
