The reliability of Cave steal attempt notifications have been improved and are more accurate to the minute. (Users were reporting that they were sometimes late or didn't come at all. This has been fixed.)
A command was accidentally run on our database server that froze an estimated 40,000 creatures that weren't frozen. Their stages were set to the child stage (stage 2, the one after egg). This command was executed by an authorized user, albeit erroneously; there has been no security breach.
This command has been reversed and creature freezes have been reverted to what they looked like on the November 7 (yesterday) backup. There was only one creature freeze that occurred since that backup; that creature freeze has been corrected as well.
In short, nothing. All creature freezes have been corrected and reversed to their previous state before the incorrect command was executed. You may, however, receive evolution notifications since some of your creatures may have accidentally been set to stage 2 (essentially, creatures have to re-evolve to their correct stage).
If you have reason to believe your creature freeze is incorrect or that a creature was wrongly frozen, please contact us by submitting a ticket.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
To see all of your frozen creatures in your Cove ("My Creatures"), select Frozen from the drop down.
Say hello to Sophie at Baked Bun Quests and Keahi at Miserable Meltdown. These two new NPCs are requesting items from the Bakery and Finley's Flavors respectively.
Currently, there are no prize pools that require the new Quest Token types. This will change in a few days when new prize pools are announced that require the new tokens. In other words, stay tuned! (In the mean time, you might be able to have a few day head start.)
These fire-themed Cash Shop Travels from this past summer will be retiring at the end of the day on November 7.
Get them while they're still hot!
