Scrooge is in charge of keeping all of the data on the ship (excluding those restricted to Rank 1 officers). Despite having the innovated technology given by Nova, his incredible memory stores all of the information inside his brain. He seems to have limitless storage and an impeccable ability to recall certain memories.


This prevents information from being easily accessible to hackers.

Unfortunately, the downside is that he can only memorize numbers of the sorts. He lacks the ability to retrieve any other memories. In fact, he jokingly stated that because he needed to make space for numbers, he emptied out all the other "trivial" information to make room.

He trouble remembering names and small memories such as the last thing he ate. Thus, he can be seen carrying around a small notepad to keep track. Doing this can also help "recall" some of his "other" memories temporarily.
