Jelal manages the Gibbymodok Museum of Astronomy, which contains accurate or authentic photographs, paintings, and illustrations from every planet and star in 35 known galaxies. Some of them are coded maps revealing enemy bases on distant planets, hidden in plain sight and waiting to be retrieved by secret agents.

About Jelal Eggs

Jelal eggs are encased in feathers of various shades red, blue, and yellow. The egg is fluffy on one side but a bit rough on the other half. Jelal eggs also project an undetectable sonic field which has a tendency to lull nearby creatures to sleep (humans are immune).

Jelal eggs are known to be reliable weather forecasters because they change colors according to oncoming precipitation. So if you see a bright red Jelal egg... take cover!

About the Jelal Creature

Newly-hatched Jelals hurriedly search for the tallest nearby tree or building. Jelals like to live from a high vantage point, not only for basic protection from ground creatures, but to survey the whole land so they can easily identify potential sources of food.

In terms of character, Jelal birds are bashful creatures. In order to capture the heart of a Jelal, you must have a lot of patience. To build this relationship of trust with your creature, you should give it a small gift each day. Initially, newborn Jelals may not accept these token gifts. But over time, if you're consistent, they'll learn to love you.

Lastly, Jelals are the most accurate mimics in Ark.
