Reminder about voice acting:

Voice acting is about acting, not so much mimicking. Now voice actor can do Automated Dialogue Replacement (ADR) or looping work. ADR is like a do-over for the sound portion of a film. Then you need to mimic an actors voice. But voice acting involves acting - creating a character using just your voice. You need to give different interpretations of a line in quick succession and the director will choose which one they want to use. Things like that. That's what you should be practicing. And that's why acting classes can help voice actors too since you need to know how to analyze and break down a script to create a character. It's also helpful to be able to do different dialects (southern, British, new york, etc). For radio work (ads and announcements) you'll have to work on your timing and have the ability to speed up and slow down a read. Radio commercials sometimes need to add or subtract even 2 seconds. You have to be able to adjust your voice in small increments.

That's what is involved in voice acting. So to practice you could pick a picture of a person/character and try to create a voice for them - something that is unique for that character. You can read a script and then try different ways of saying the lines to bring a character to life. You can get some practice commercial ad scripts online and practice reading them - speeding up and slowing down. Volunteer to read stories/books to children or to the elderly and create unique voices for each of the characters in the story and switch between them as you read. It'll take practice! And record yourself and listen back so you can hear what you really sound like. And if you're serious about voice acting - look into some acting classes so you can learn about how to build a character.

About Valenbun Eggs

The thick fur that grows from Valenbun eggs is soft like silk. Since the fur has this property, it is highly valued and even coveted. Unfortunately shaving this fur from the egg leads to a significant drop in internal temperature which then causes the unhatched creature to die. Don't remove Valenbun fur!

About the Valenbun Creature

Valenbuns are very kind and meek rabbits. In fact, they are a little bashful. But it's a well-known fact that Valenbuns are all on a quest to find their great love (this can be any other creature but Valenbuns do not fall for humans).

In their quest for love, Valenbuns often suffer from a great lack of confidence and, to many potential mates that may have a stronger sense of self, their understated kindness can be easy to miss and overlook. Since the Valenbun experiences love and connection in such a unique way, it teaches many creature owners to show their creatures the importance of recognizing and reciprocating love and kindness, even if it doesn't lead to a relationship that lasts for life.
